How can I place articles in the trolley?
If you have found an article you like, you can put it in the trolley without obligation by clicking the symbol [trolley].
How can I look at what's in my trolley?
You can look at the contents of your trolley at any time. Just click the symbol [show trolley] on top right of the page. Articles in your trolley are without obligation to buy.
How do I place an orderl?
If you want to buy what's in your trolley, then foolow the "order" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be automatically lead through the process of ordering. We will request your address and the terms of delivery and payment you would like to chose. A page will appear for you to check your details again. When you then click the button [further to order], your order is binding.
How can I pay?
Choose between Paypal, creditcard or payment in advance.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Can I track the status of my order?
Sheepskin24.de enables you to view the status of your order by clicking on "My account". We also inform you of the current status of your order by mean of our customer support emails.
What do I do, if wrong or damaged goods are delivered?
Send the consignment back to us promptly. Please pay for the postal charges, we will reimburse you promptly.
What happens after I have placed my order?
After receipt of your order, our purchase processing software will confirm the receipt of your order by email. As soon as you receive this email, your order has been accepted. The goods will be dispatched 24 hours after receipt of payment at the latest.
Can I save postal charges by buying several articles?
When purchasing several articles, we grant a discount on postal charges. The charges of delivery stated in the offers are those that apply.
You always only pay the highest price for delivery chosen once. The uninsured method of delivery is only available for orders of one article. The delivery charges of the total order will be shown in your trolley and at the cashpoint.
Can I track the status of my order?
We will send you a status of delivery mail with the Hermes link to track your order on request. This is only possible in the case of insured deliveries.
